Culinary Craftwork offers classes that focus on building skills and boosting confidence. One of my goals is to show you techniques that will free you from recipes and let you “wing it” in the kitchen. Cooking can be a lot of fun, and I honestly believe that you will thoroughly enjoy yourself.
It is my mission to give you the tools you need to prepare meals that will seduce you with savor and wow your guests.
The classes are held in your own home, and are scheduled at your convenience. You are invited to choose from among the pre-set menus that I have designed or partner with me to customize a menu that suits your personal needs and tastes. I am very flexible!
Classes typically run 3–4 hours, depending on the menu chosen, and are priced according to the complexity of the menu plus the cost of food. I do all the shopping, planning, preparation, and cleanup is easy if we all pitch in.
Group classes and cooking class parties can be arranged based on a per-person fee plus the cost of food. So, go ahead and invite a friend! Gift certificates are also available.
Please contact me directly by email or phone with a date and time that works for you. I will get back to you promptly, and we can get started. In addition to the classes, I am available for catering dinner parties and working as a personal chef.
Class fees may be made in cash or by PayPal. I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel and/or reschedule a class. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied if a class is canceled with less than 48 hours’ prior notice.
In addition, Culinary Craftwork puts out a monthly newsletter, which contains informative articles and seasonal recipes, as well as an “Ask the Chef” section. The newsletter is sent out by email, so feel free to contact me if you are interested in getting on the mailing list.
