I’ve loved Indian food since childhood when my dad and I would get takeout from a local hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurant in Manhattan. I like my food spicy, but not so hot that you can’t taste the flavors; I am addicted to spicy flavors.

Chicken tikka masala, also known as Chicken Makhani, may be more familiar to you as the deliciously creamy “Butter Chicken” seen on most Indian restaurant menus.“Vindaloo” hails from the south of India and refers to a spicy curry with vinegar and potatoes.
As with all my menus, these are only a guide. I am more than happy to mix and match or partner with you to customize a menu that suits your taste and meets your needs.
