In 1969 my family traveled to Europe for the first time. We started in Rome and made our way careening by car through high velocity thoroughfares—down the Amalfi coast and finally into Venice. The Italian food that we were exposed to on that trip was completely different from what was available in Italian restaurants in New York City at that time and very exciting—even the pizzas were radical!
I am passionate about Italian Food, but as with all my menus, these are only a guide. I am more than happy to mix and match or partner with you to customize a menu that suits your taste and meets your needs.
