My parents planned the trip according to the Guide Michelin—in order to explore the wine regions and two and three-star restaurants. They could have left us home or in the care of a babysitter, but they didn’t. I still remember the fragrance in the air of the Provence region of France: lavender, thyme and rosemary.
The menus I have designed are inspired by the food from Provence and the French Riviera. You will notice that there are some items that bear more than a passing resemblance to Italian and Spanish cuisine; that is because these countries all share a similar part of the Mediterranean.
As with all my menus, these are only a guide. I am more than happy to mix and match or partner with you to customize a menu that suits your taste and meets your needs.
