In the late 1980’s I had the pleasure of working at Miss Ruby’s Café (now defunct) in the Chelsea district of New York City. It was a regional American restaurant that changed menu themes on a monthly basis. I’ll show you how to make some of my favorite recipes from around the country including Latin America and the Caribbean.
From spicy jerked chicken and plantains to smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes, there are plenty of options from which to choose.
As with all my menus, these are only a guide. I am more than happy to mix and match or partner with you to customize a menu that suits your taste and meets your needs.
