Sautéed foods create browned bits in the pan, which are the basis for making pan sauces, and I offer instruction on how to vary any given recipe and create a unique pan sauce. While I do not offer a class in sauce making, per se, sauces are integral to many of the menus I have created.
The ability to sauté with confidence is a skill that has countless applications and should definitely be a part of your repertoire as a home chef. As with all my menus, these are only a guide.
